Your user dashboard can be accessed by hovering the mouse over your name in the top right hand corner of the screen, and then clicking on the Dashboard menu item.

The dashboard is designed to automatically show you data which is relevant to your role and form access. Therefore, if your dashboard looks different to someone else's, then it's because you have different roles and access to different forms. The dashboard is divided into three main sections:

Totals

The totals sections gives you headline figures on the report and task numbers, grouped according to your role. Clicking on the numbers will take you straight to those reprots or tasks.

Past Activity

Past activity shows the numbers of reports and tasks which have been created over a given period. The time period can be changed by clcking on Change Period.

Future Activity

Future activity shows the numbers reports and tasks which are due to be completed over a given period. The time period can be changed by clcking on Change Period.
